We ensure that these are satisfactory before continuing to avoid wasted expense.Planning Negotiations:
We act as Agent, undertaking all the submissions and negotiations thereby relieving our Clients of the worry of dealing with Council officials.
Building Regulations:
Detailed technical drawings and a specification are required for L.A. approval and are essential for obtaining accurate & comparative quotations from Builders.
Updates:
We regularly inform Clients of progress by email, text and/or post.
Build-cost estimate:
A soundly prepared and comprehensive build-cost estimate is essential before any scheme is commenced. This allows an adequate budget to be set and an application made for any additional funding that might be necessary.
